"Pleasant Grove was one of the blessings I inherited 60 plus years ago when I married Talmadge. This was Talmadge's home church. His parents and grandparents attended, and I was from a long line of Methodists. My ancestors were Methodists and members of Lynn Grove Methodist Church. We dearly love Pleasant Grove. It's like one big family; we truly love each other. We laugh when they laugh and cry when they cry. We are so caring about each other and the community."
